In order to facilitate your patient assessment and avoid unnecessary delay, we would appreciate if you:
- Include all related investigation results to your patient referral (imaging results, biopsy reports, hearing test results)
- Arrange Hearing test locally (if not already obtained) prior to our first consultation, in cases of ear-related problems such as hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, otorrhea and/or otalgia.
