
Richard grew up in New Zealand and graduated from the Auckland University of Technology in 2000. He worked in New Zealand and the UK before moving to Melbourne in 2006 where he held a leadership position in outpatient rehabilitation and falls prevention with Alfred Health. Richard’s extensive training in vestibular rehabilitation includes completing the Basic and Advanced Herdman Vestibular Competency courses as well as attending the annual NOTSA conference (Neruo-Otological Society of Australia).
In 2018 Richard moved out to Gippsland and continued to work in the public health system, most recently as Senior Physiotherapist on the rehabilitation wards at LaTrobe Regional Hospital which is the regional centre for complex, neurological and amputee rehabilitation.
Richard enjoys working with people of all ages and is passionate about helping themto achieve their goals through innovative and evidence-based rehabilitation.
